African fashion stylist Férouz ALLALI presented her new collections of mixed African fashion at numerous fashion shows during spring 2010. In partnership with association "Africa in every sense", Férouz invited you in the african bush in front of the famous Belleviloise place in Paris and also in a suburb theatre of Corbeil-Essonne. Then Férouz presented her collections in the festival "Mixeing styles" organized by her friend Lucie ZAMBO in an ethical approach aiming at sharing fashion impressions with other African designers.
Ferouz every seasons collection, inspired by Monet's paintings of flowers, the "Water Lilies", sported beautiful petals cut into the fetished african fabric Férouz loves so much, the basin, damasked and hand dyed by dyers in Togo, where Férouz simply collaborates with them for over ten years now.
Another collection "Meet in the bush" presented during the final before the Belleviloise was created jointly with painter Nathalie AJAVON, who portrayed beautiful african animals on the skins of beasts, "Tabaski", wore by our models on their african "Waterlilies" dresses or skirts.
The models also presented new unique collections of African jewelry to complete their costumes during the parade: a collection of "basinos (made of african fabric of course) and a small collection of "Tabaski" jewels with Agadez crosses carved in the leather to create necklaces or original earrings. To end the visit in the african bush, the last word goes to Férouz for which "Yes, if we had followed the bush ways, we would not need now to learn how to respect our planet" !!
